Do you offer remote support, or do you need to come in person?

Most problems can be fixed remotely — you share your screen with me and I sort it out while you watch. No need for anyone to come to your home unless the problem specifically requires it (e.g. a broken screen or keyboard).

How quickly can you help?

Usually same day or next day. I know tech problems are stressful and I try to get to them quickly. Message me on WhatsApp and I'll let you know when I'm available.

Is it discreet? Will you look at my files?

Yes, completely. I only look at what's needed to fix the problem. I don't browse your files, don't judge what I see, and I never discuss client details with anyone. Your privacy is always respected.
